Tasting Notes
Intense red color with coppery reflections. On the nose, there are notes of spices, herbs, and balsamic notes, bitterness and mature red fruit such as cherries and strawberries. In the mouth it is soft, balanced and aromatic with a bitter aftertaste and a persistent finish.
Usage
Perfect to drink neat with ice or for the creation of classic (and non-classic) cocktails such as the Manhattan and Negroni.
