History
Lunaria pays tribute to the mining tradition of Casteltermini, where miners found solace in the moonlight during long working days. This white wine, produced by Sergio Genuardi, reflects the essence of the Sicilian territory through the native Catarratto grape, cultivated on gypsum-calcareous soils at 570 meters above sea level.

Production Method
The hand-harvested grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts without temperature control, with 5 days of skin maceration. Aging occurs in stainless steel, preserving the wine’s freshness and authenticity.
