Description
History
The Pellegrini family has created a project of two terroirs and a cellar dug into the porphyry rock to produce high quality mountain wines. The vineyards of Val di Cembra produce Muller Thurgau, Gewurtraminer and Chardonnay grapes, while in the Piana Rotaliana red grapes such as Teroldego and Lagrein, and Pinot Grigio are grown. The Metodo Classico Trento DOC sparkling wines express the terroir of the Val di Cembra, while the monovarietals of the Pietramontis line enhance the characteristics of the territory and the grapes. The Kroz Bianco and Pinot Noir Sagum wines represent harmony, structure and elegance. The beauty of the mountain landscapes is expressed in the wines. The company is certified organic.

The aroma is refined and intense, with a fragrant and complex bouquet, which includes floral and ripe fruity notes typical of the Chardonnay grape. Furthermore, light and subtle nuances of hazelnut and toasted bread can be perceived, deriving from the prolonged aging on its yeasts. The flavor is strong, saline, rich in minerality and freshness, reflecting the mountain character of the wine.
