Production method
Combination of Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle grapes, carefully harvested by hand when the bunches are wrapped in the noble Botrytis Cinerea rot. After careful pressing of the grapes, the must ferments slowly at low temperatures. Subsequently, the wine ages in barrels for an average period, allowing it to develop in complexity and body.
