Description
History
The Cantina della Volta estate is located in the Bomporto di Modena region, in a suggestive hilly area surrounded by forests. The exposure to the sun, the cool climate with wide temperature variations and the soils rich in limestone and clay create the optimal conditions for the cultivation of Lambrusco di Sorbara.

Production method
After manual harvesting, the grapes are delicately pressed and the flower juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The base wines mature in steel for several months before being blended. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, with a period of aging on the yeasts of at least 36 months before disgorgement.

Tasting notes
Pale pink color with fine and persistent bubbles. Elegant and intense aromas on the nose, with hints of raspberry, red currant, wild strawberries, wild fruits, citrus accents, pomegranate and light floral notes. In the mouth it manifests itself with a ripe and satisfying fruit, rich and persistent, supported by a lively freshness that leads to a savory finish.
Possible combinations
Perfect as an aperitif or wine to drink by the glass for lovers of the genre. Ideal with cured meats and creamy cheeses, or with typical dishes of the Romagna tradition such as tortellini or boiled meats.
