History
Domaine Bordenave is one of the oldest wineries in the Jurançon appellation, with a winemaking tradition spanning over four centuries. Located on south-facing hills, it benefits from a unique microclimate and rich soils, ideal for producing high-quality sweet and aromatic wines. Terres de Mémoire is a tribute to the history and terroir of this captivating region.
Grapes used
- Predominantly Petit Manseng
- Gros Manseng.
Production method
- Harvest: Handpicked in late harvest to allow natural sugar concentration in the grapes.
- Vinification: Fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve freshness and varietal aromas.
- Aging: Aged in stainless steel to maintain balance and aromatic purity.

13.5% vol.
Tasting notes
- Color: Bright gold with amber highlights.
- Aroma: Intense and complex, with notes of exotic fruits, candied citrus, dried apricots, honey, and a hint of sweet spices.
- Taste: Sweet and velvety, with vibrant acidity that perfectly balances the rich sweetness. Long and harmonious finish with a touch of minerality.
Possible pairings
Perfect with foie gras, blue cheeses, fruit tarts, or almond- and honey-based desserts. Also excellent enjoyed on its own as a meditation wine.
