Production Method
The Franciacorta production method is characterized by strict quality standards and a series of steps that ensure excellence in wine. Harvesting is done by hand, using small crates to maintain the integrity of the grapes. After collection, the grapes undergo gentle pressing to obtain the must. The first fermentation occurs at controlled temperatures, with minimal use of sulfites. Following this, the cuvée is blended and bottled. The wine ages on the lees for a minimum of 24 months, during which remuage and dégorgement processes take place, leading to the final bottling.
