Production Method
The grapes come from high-altitude vineyards on volcanic soils. After manual harvesting, fermentation takes place in stainless steel to preserve freshness and authenticity. Aging occurs in oak barrels, contributing to the wine’s complexity and elegance.

Tasting Notes
With a bright ruby red color, this wine reveals aromas of ripe red fruits like cherries and raspberries, enriched by spicy notes and hints of graphite.
