Description
History
Maison Éric Taillet, located in Baslieux-sous-Châtillon in the Vallée de la Marne, is managed by the fourth generation of the Taillet family. Since 1961, the family has been dedicated to vine cultivation and the production of high-quality champagne, with particular attention to environmental respect and the enhancement of the Meunier grape, considered emblematic of their production.

Production method
- Harvest: Handpicked from old Meunier vines on clay soils.
- Vinification: Traditional pressing in wood; fermentation in temperature-controlled vats.
- Aging: Aged on lees for over 60 months, with a total of 72 months in the cellar, using cork stoppers and staples.
- Dosage: Extra Brut, with 0.6 g/l of sugar.

- Color: Straw yellow with golden highlights; fine and persistent perlage.
