Description
History
Maison Egly-Ouriet, located in the Montagne de Reims, is renowned for producing champagnes that authentically express the terroir. ‘Les Vignes de Bisseuil’ is a cuvée born from vineyards with full southern exposure in the village of Bisseuil, highlighting the unique characteristics of this Premier Cru area.

Production Method
The grapes, hand-harvested from 40-year-old vines on chalky soils, undergo spontaneous fermentation in barriques with indigenous yeasts, without malolactic fermentation. After about 10 months of maturation in barriques, the wine ages on lees for 50 months, with a very low final dosage.

Tasting Notes
It presents a straw yellow color with golden reflections and fine perlage. The nose reveals aromas of citrus, summer fruits, white flowers, and almond, with notes of pastry and sweet spices. On the palate, it is energetic and juicy, fresh and balanced, with an agile progression and a pronounced savory finish.
Suggested Pairings
Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with raw fish dishes, oysters, shellfish, and tuna tartare. Also ideal with fresh cheeses and refined poultry dishes.
