History
Laherte Frères is a family-owned Maison founded in 1889, located in the heart of Champagne. With approximately 11 hectares of vineyards, the estate is managed by the fifth generation of the family, combining tradition and innovation to produce high-quality Champagnes, respecting the terroir and the environment.

- 100% Pinot Meunier
Production method
The grapes come from old vines over 50 years old, grown on clay-limestone and sandy soils. Vinification takes place in oak barrels with spontaneous fermentation, followed by extended aging on the lees. The dosage is Extra Brut, with a very low sugar content, enhancing the purity and minerality of the wine.

12.5% vol.
Tasting notes
In the glass, it shows a bright straw-yellow color with golden highlights and fine, persistent bubbles. The nose reveals a complex bouquet with notes of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, white flowers, and hints of sweet spices. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with an elegant structure and pleasant minerality, culminating in a long and harmonious finish.
Possible pairings
Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with fish dishes, seafood, sushi, and fresh cheeses. Also excellent with light appetizers and vegetable-based dishes.
