Production method
Made from grapes sourced from mature vines, Exclusiv’T is vinified in stainless steel to preserve the freshness and aromas of the fruit. The wine ages on lees for at least 24 months, adding complexity and structure. The Extra Brut dosage (around 4 g/l) enhances the natural purity and precision of Pinot Meunier.
