History
Maison Goutorbe Bouillot, located in Damery at the heart of the Vallée de la Marne, is a family-run estate producing high-quality Champagne for generations. Reflet de Rivière pays tribute to the Marne River, which flows near the family’s vineyards, positively influencing the microclimate and contributing to the uniqueness of their wines.

- 60% Meunier
- 20% Chardonnay
- 20% Pinot Noir
Production method
- Blending: Solera method or perpetual reserve, started in 1980 and updated until 2017.
- Malolactic fermentation: Not conducted, to preserve the wine’s natural freshness and acidity.
- Aging: At least 30 months on the lees, developing complexity and structure.
- Dosage: 8 g/l, classified as Brut.
Alcohol content
- 12.5% vol.
Tasting notes
In appearance, it showcases a pale gold color with fine, lively bubbles. The nose reveals delicate notes of pear and peach, accompanied by hints of yellow fruits. On the palate, it opens with a fresh and supple attack, harmoniously developing flavors of white fruits, followed by a pleasant citrus note on the finish, adding vibrancy and persistence.
Possible pairings
Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs well with seafood dishes, scallop carpaccio, and soft cheeses. Serve at a temperature of around 10°C to fully appreciate its organoleptic qualities.
