History
Domaine Chevrot, located in Cheilly-les-Maranges, has been a family-owned estate since 1830. Today, brothers Pablo and Vincent Chevrot, both qualified oenologists, manage the 18 hectares of vineyards with a biodynamic approach, respecting the terroir and the environment. Their philosophy focuses on producing wines that authentically reflect the nature of the soil and climate of the region.

Production Method
The grapes come from vineyards located in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, characterized by limestone soils and favorable exposure. Vinification takes place partly in large foudres, giving the wine a balanced structure and aromatic complexity. Aging on the lees for several months adds depth and a creamy texture to the palate.

It presents a bright golden yellow color. On the nose, it offers aromas of white-fleshed fruits like peach and nectarine, accompanied by spicy notes and a slight iodized minerality.
