Description
History
Select Aperitivo is an aperitif liqueur created by the Pilla brothers in 1920 in Venice.
It owes its commercial success to the invention of the Venetian barmen who in the 1970s began to serve it mixed with white wine/prosecco; thus the first Spritz was born.
Production method
Select Aperitivo is produced by working and infusing a mix of 30 botanists in alcohol; among the main ones we include rhubarb roots and juniper berries. Subsequently the product is colored red, and comes out with an alcohol content of 14%.
