History
Maison Gamet, located in Mardeuil, represents four generations of winemakers dedicated to producing Champagnes that reflect the terroir of the Vallée de la Marne. Philippe Gamet and Fabienne Heucq, along with their children Jean-François and Marianne, continue to innovate while maintaining a strong connection to tradition and respecting sustainable viticulture practices.
Grapes used
Production method
The grapes come from vineyards aged between 25 and 45 years, grown on clay-limestone soils rich in minerals. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels, with malolactic fermentation completed. The wine ages on lees for at least 20 months, enhancing its aromatic depth. The dosage is 5 g/l, placing it in the Brut category.

Tasting notes
