History
Legret & Fils, based in the village of Talus-Saint-Prix, is one of Champagne’s most authentic maisons. The family has always focused on sustainable practices, respecting nature and the local terroir. The “Équilibre” Champagne embodies the maison’s commitment to crafting wines that blend tradition and innovation, with a focus on the natural balance between acidity, freshness, and structure.

- 40% Pinot Meunier
- 30% Chardonnay
- 30% Pinot Noir
Production method
This Champagne is crafted from a selection of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the maison’s finest vineyards. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, followed by aging on lees for a minimum of 36 months. The Extra Brut dosage (low sugar content) enhances the wine’s purity and complexity.

Tasting notes
On the nose, delicate notes of citrus, green apple, and brioche emerge. On the palate, it stands out for its creamy texture, lively acidity, and subtle minerality, with a long and fresh finish that invites another sip.
Possible pairings
Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with oysters, fish tartare, and shellfish-based dishes. Also excellent with fresh cheeses and light fruit-based desserts.
